Amateur Radio Clubs On The Air
The RAF Waddington ARC will be participating in the 3rd annual ARCOTA on 21st and 22nd March 2026 operating as G0RAF from the club shack.
Club visit to South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum
The club will be visiting the South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum on Sunday 8th March. If you plan to join us, we’re aiming to arrive at 11am.
Club AGM
The club AGM has been rescheduled to 29th January 2026.
Club Christmas Dinner 2025
Bookings are now being taken for the club Christmas dinner which will be held on Thursday the 11th December. Club members are asked to contact Bob before the end of October to reserve their place, and for details of the menu and this year’s prices.
Jamboree On The Air
The club ran a station at Lincoln 12th Scouts on Saturday 18th October 2025. We plan to be on HF (80m, 40m, 20m) SSB and CW, and VHF (2m) FM.
VE Day Event – Branston
On the afternoon of Saturday 10th May 2025 we were at Branston for a VE day get together. We worked 2m, and also HF bands on CW and SSB using our G0RAF club callsign. Bob G3VCA (dressed as Biggles) was teaching visitors to send their names in Morse code.
